Hiya all,

I have just finished building this as a Christmas present for Dinwiddy - I couldnt post anything on here earlier as he would have seen it otherwise!!!!

Anyhow its 16mm:foot and built from Plastikard, and wood and has motor and gears taken out a cheap old radio control car that my 11 y/o son donated to the project!! Has taken about 1 1/2 to 2 months on and off to finish and im pretty happy with the result. What do you all think!

Its 16mm : 1 foot running on 32mm track ( SM32 ). It was loosely based on a Wolesley Railbus that the ffestiniog designed but never actually built. I thought that it could be being used by the Tallylyn railway ( thus the towyn on the board ). I found the drawing in a book called Colonel Stephens Railmotors by Irwell press and thought it would be a nice project for our freind for christmas for his outdoor railway!!!
