I've bought Silflor from the US at Scenery Express. Good prices, good service.
Like direct from the manufacturer; see www.mininatur.de. International Models cut the large grass mats in half and sell them normally for a good deal more than half the German price. At the moment the difference is not so great, because, I imagine, they have not yet adjusted the prices to reflect the substantial recent drop in the value of the pound.
