Sitting Loco Driver Figures

I can't remember where or when on MRF, but this topic was dealt with and as far as I remember the last resort was to amputate the figures from waist below, at least that was what I did.

I stumbled upon these sitting diesel / lectric drivers made possibly by Preiser to Maerklin:HO scale

..and if my eyesight is not deceiving me one of the drivers is a woman.
