For those interested in modelling the green diesel/steam era, there should appear below 5 links to clips of most of my diesel fleet. these 5 are all Bachmann products fitted with ESU sound chips from SWD and fitted with dual speakers, wired in parallel with the volume much reduced. Hmmm, now I just need sound for a Metro-vic and a Clayton!
As before, the quality has diminished somewhat in translation to Flashplayer.

Yep, maybe I should have took some as they were on the bench. It's less easy now to show any meaningful images. Perhaps the one to do would the E.E.type 4 as this involved a complete strip-down and off to the machine-shop with the cast chassis to drill a rebate for the speaker below the fan assy, this to enable retention of the fan.The second speaker is in the tanks facing downwards. Thanks are due to other much more experienced members of this and other forums for their freely given advice. I'll post some pics when available.
Cheers
Steve.
Hi Carnforth, understand entirely why not wait and take pics of the next one you do whenever that maybe --- by the way for some of us (count me in on that) even seeing what others have done on "easiest" conversions will give us confidence to shell out to do our own.

Cheers
