The model is of a Liliput (WIEN) 3350 Swiss Dampflok 'Tigerli'
The last product model was Bachman Liliput L103324 Tenderlok Feldschlösschen Tigerli. but do not know if the spec on this model has changed.

Liliput Germany Used to have service sheets as downloads on there website, just checked but they have stopped this service, shame
