Static Grass

Has anyone got any tips on using the puffer bottle to apply the static grass. From what I researched Faller and Noch make these bottles, is one better than the other? Do the bottle really work? Can you mix scatter with the static grass in the bottle when applying it?

I am ready to start the landscaping on my diorama #2.

Noch has an electrostatic job that works great. I've seen it demo'd. Plus if all else fails you can do some fun tricks to your own hairdo!

I saw the hairdryer thing Noch has nice but, too much money for what it is. I found a couple of links for "how to" instructions on using the puffer bottles, looks like they do work very well.

If they work on the same principle then they should work the same. You might have to experiment with the material you use but the effects are wonderful. Remember this is a technique that has been around since the 30's.
