Firstly welcome to the forum.
Living as you do in the land of Noch, Faller and others you could look at some of the home grown walls they produce. Howver N road vehicles can be a bit (lot?) of a problem. Wiking do produce some which may be suitable for your project.
Road signage in the UK is a minefield but Tinysigns, distributed in the UK by GaugeMaster, do produce some.
