Does anybody know if there is a N Gauge Stroudley Terrier available - I dont think there is i have extensively checked and havent found one yet, but thought i would ask as i always manage to miss the glaringly obvious!! If not then i am already about a third of the way through scratch building 5 for my Newhaven Harbour ( east Sussex ) layout .
None, I'm pretty sure. There was a sratchbuilt one shown in the Railway Modeller around 1980 using Beaver wheels IIRC. I guess Beaver wheels dates the article, somewhat!

I have a 6" gauge model Stroudley Terrier which I believe was built in late 19th Century as it has boxwood brakes. The engine was a working model, akthough needs restoration now. I have just posted an article on it:
