Good day
I sent the following email to Vera West on September 5' 2008 regarding my subscription renewal for Hornby Magazine.
To date, Sept 16, I have recieved no notice that all is in hand, not even a confirmation that my email of Sept. 5th. was recieved. I realize that there is or has been an email problem these past few days, but surely not as far back as the 5th.
Is there some way to find out the status of my subscription?

I just recieved my subscription renewal notice and would like to renew.
I tried to renew online but had problems.
My subscription number is #304692
All my contact/shipping details should be as per your records...although the expiry date on my CC may need to be updated...if so let me know if its my Visa card or Mastercard ..I don't remember which one I used last year.
Please start the renewal with issue #16.

Hi Gene,

I posted a similar thread a while ago and through that I got the email of Janet Byrne at Ian Allan. She is great... will respond quickly and sorts out all your problems.

Brian...thanks for the info...I emailed Janet and she took care of it straight away....too bad I wasted 2 and a half weeks but alls well that ends well.
