Hi Goedel,
according to DEMU UPDate Compendium #2, the overall length of the KIB wagons (that's certainly what's in your photo) is 14540 mm or 47ft 9in. over the buffers.
That's the only dimension listed in the specification given but the 00 Scale drawing has further measurements which are much less clear. Overall width appears to be 2690 mm.
