Although i'm not into "detail" that much (my motto being balance between the looks and the technology) my favorite lokos are Marklin K.W.St.E. Klasse C 2004 and Marklin Br 55, plus Roco Taiga Trommel (some credit should go to the amazing sound too, if it counts).
In the meantime the question obviously begs for discerning the time of production too.
