Does anybody know where I can get a replacement chassis for Triang R.354? Its the Caledonian Blue steamer, similar to the recent limited edition Hornby model. It was my dads loco, but it doesnt work, parts missing etc and looks completly warn as its been up out loft for over 20 - 30 years sitting in a box and is extreamly dusty and looking sorry for its self (the chassis with motor). They were seperated and not reconnected prior to being into storage.
If anybody knows where I am likely to find one I'd really appreciate any help.
Many thanks

I used http://www.modelspares.com/ to find a power bogie for my old Triang 37 and
with a nice experience.
Even if the R354 chassis is not currently in their PDF list, they can still dig out one for you.
If you ring the number and they will possibly give you some very useful advices and
tell you what to do. Sometimes you only need some spares rather than replacing the whole
chassis.
My bogie was not in the list and they managed to get one for me with a honest price.

Good luck!
