Hi & welcome to the forum,

Don't worry about the spelling & grammar - I understood no problem.

Impressive sound on the locomotive, especially the radio talk from the cab.

Cannot help with advice about the video as I cannot even download my own video camera onto the computer !

By the way - where are you from ?
england

and i will update my profile
I did a review of this last year and was very happy with it. Good range of sound effects and reasonable volume. The radio talk is a good touch. I like the rail clickety clack sound.

i was qwite disapointed by it for the price i payed for it it seems rather cheaply made

somethings i would like to see

:be able to see under details
:the rail clickety clack sounds go faster and slower depending on speed
:i would like to see through the vents (although you would not see much)
:eek:pening doors
:cheaper about £200-£250 mark

for me it just feels overpriced for what you get

How much did you pay for it? I got mine for 220 quid. I disagree with your remarks about quality, I found it well made. However it would seem that you have paid considerably more than I did.

I must admit I found the opening doors thing pointless. I have a Hornby diesel which has opening doors and it's a feature I never use. It would only be a good feature if they opened and closed digitaly which would be nice!

i payed about £330 i think for it

Wow, I would be expecting more for it if I had paid that. Did you buy it from the UK?

I must admit that the sound decoder is not 100% accurate in terms of syncronisation and as you say the track sound continues even when the loco is stationary. I may have a go at seeing if this can be adjusted once I have more free time to play with this.
yep i had to buy it from the UK

why is it that the UK always has stuff about twice the price but half the qwality (not even 1/10 in some case's)
I bought mine direct from Germany and paid 330 euros for it. Because I had it sent to Australia I didn't have to pay the VAT.

Agree with you there Neil - my LGB stuff has opening doors & I don't really see the point in that scale either.
yes although there is no point in it at this price you would expect it to have everything

To be quite honest I would prefer the money to be spent on brass bearing sleeves for the driving wheel axels (only because I run my LGB a lot !). Besides, if the doors open (as they do) on their own I end up with unauthorised passengers on the footplate & in coaches - spiders, snail, small frogs & so on.

What no cats or fish?
