It's not noticeable in the photo. We were in Swanage last Sunday and there is still (or more likely repro) narrow gauge track set in the quayside from near the town museum heading in the direction of the pier. It was part of the transport system for getting stone quarried further along the coast from quay to the next stage of its journey.
