Uhlenbrock is celebrating it's 30 years in business.

We see some interesting items on their stand.

A servo controller seems to be a required option for DCC these days. What uses can you put servos to on the layout? Here are some ideas:

A Sound unit with multiple contact switches and a USB key to store the sounds. The possibilities are endless.

A very neat DCC controlled gantry crane. Small enough for most layouts. Not specific to any country. Could be used anywhere.

Finally, Intellibox II is due for release in 2009.

See info about it here: http://www.uhlenbrock.de/3/index.htm (German)

Perhaps there is something radical about it that I haven't pick up on.

I'm planning on scratch building my engine shed later this year, I am now tempted to have servo controlled doors!
