You could potentially surf through ebay.de, there are over 1000 Lima items for sale.
Ultimately it is a X wagon which was more of a service wagon than a freight wagon. Probably built on a landerbahn chassis. Depending on what Epoch you model, 1-5 on a layout would be a lot. Maybe more on an Epoch 1 layout than an Epoch 3 or 4.
