How about a Caledonian 'Beetlecrusher' 0-6-0 dock tank (from a Caley Coaches kit)or a Highland 4-4-0 Yankee tank fom an Alan Gibson kit.
I can do better on odd coaches though. Two MR clerestory Dining Cars, A HR PO tender, A MR Inspection Saloon, the HR Director's Saloon and so on. All built from my own kits BTW.
