Well mine would be the current project of a B17/5 (pics of the build so far can be found in the work bench thread)
Many years ago, I did convert my very first loco into a Southern E2, got the livery all wrong looking back at it now, and also did start on a project to botch an old 0-4-0 dock shunter body shell onto the old hornby 0-4-0 standard pug chassis that went into every small loco they ever made, never did finish it, probibilly lying around the garage somewhere
