Has anybody ever heard of or seen a layout of the Wadebridge/Padstow branch? I've tried searching for it on several sites but nothing has appeared.
There is a few seconds of the iron bridge at Petherick creek in o gauge on youtube but no information about the clip. As a side project I would like to have a go in n gauge.

I've been loking for actual footage of the branch but all I found is 3/4 mins of it on "the withered arm " video. Our museum has a fair bit of info on it,and a lot of the local 60+ used it to get to school so there is lots of stories. The iron bridge at petherick creek is quite unique for the west country and its only 10 min walk from my house. some good photos on Ron Stutts fotopic site

Yes I can be a bit confusing at times, sorry. Im building it in n gauge, but have seen it on youtube in o gauge and as you've pointed out Im in the oo section. Dont know what happened there! But thanks for your help, i shall investigate this. Been told also that hornby mag had a track plan in it last year so I'll look through my old issues, cheers!
I will contact the Maldon mrc and ask them, thanks.

Lucky devil! I've walked and cycled the Wadebridge to Padstow stretch a fair few times over the years, whilst on holiday. Mind blowing scenery on a clear summer's day; and somewhat bracing in midwinter !

Anyway, the Treneglos team have a good listing of useful books on their Fotopic site:-
