I am a bit confused as to what exactly you are after. This is in the OO section, but you're thinking of building it in N, and yet you are talking about a video of the real thing, and of an O gauge model!!!
Anyway, I happened upon an article in Vol 4 Number 6 February 1995 of Modellers' BackTrack which has a long article by A Henderson on his 4mm scale model of Wadebridge, which includes a number of building plans - station, goods shed, engine shed and signal box. He mentions that he was a member of the Maldon MRC, if that helps.
