Has anyone bought the Walthers 130' HO turntable? And if so what did they think of it? Has anyone tried a Trix big boy on it and did it still function Ok? About how much space did it need?

Yes we had one on my mates layout last year in June. Its an excellent piece of kit
superior to the Flieshmann job. BTW Heljan are due to release a new turntable as well
of a similar standard, I have a moulding of the base here.

Thanks for that guys. The price on that link is pretty good too. I wonder how big the Heljan one will be? I need a large one as I have a big boy and thats a bit too large and heavy for most Turntables.

Thanks for that. I might hold off a while and see what the Heljan looks like. The Walthers one seems to be out of stock at most suppliers at the moment anyway.
