Wm. K. Walthers, Inc., announced an agreement with Hornby to distribute Rivarossi models based on North American prototypes in the United States and Canada. Hornby that have in recent years acquired the assets of Lima that include Rivarossi, Arnold, Joeuf, and Porcher.
This move helps Hornby reach deeper into the American market as Walters are undoubtably one of the largest and one of the oldest US model railroad hobby manufacturers.
Walters that have recently acquired assets of Life-Like Toy and Hobby Division are in a buoyant mood and have in recent years been expanding their train and rolling stock ranges on top of their scenery ranges.
