I beg to differ on this, it is very difficult for a small trader to come up with a "stonking"show offer and to banish a trader because they fail to supply said offer would get any organiser who tried it a very poor reputation I feel. Small traders who specialise do not normally have funds available to buy the quantities of stock required for this sort of dealing.
