Tiling track..... Rail fixing is very un British prototypical . Britain uses Pandrol spring rail fixing on main line track often found on both Wooden and Concrete sleeper versions and some still have metal keys holding the rail into the chair, not some sort of plate either side of the rail. Also, I've never seen green concrete sleepers either! (May be just a photo error perhaps?)
