I would like to see this model done from Hornby as this was my first train that i had on the Hornby Dublo set i had as a kid.

Why don't you buy a Bachmann one?,
Aaaaaaarrghh!!- please don't refer to locomotives as 'trains'!!

QUOTE (Thunder @ 8 Dec 2005, 12:59)I would like to see hornby produce a the 9F loco with engine mounted motor, that would go straight to the top of my shopping list,

Erm...Why don't you buy a Bachmann one when they appear?-the pre-production ones were at Warley,-so Hornby are hardly likely to duplicate this!.
QUOTE (Bilbo @ 19 Jan 2006, 18:52)As one who voted for and was a little disappointed to hear Hornby are not making a Blue Pullman ,I wonder if the success or not of the Lord of the isles set which is a really old mould, will influence Hornby to then consider a Blue Pullman. I don't think most of us want super detail and many of us would buy 2 or more to modify the coaches to what we want.

Well,if Simon Kohler says Hornby aren't considering making the Blue Pulmann,I would have thought that would be the definitve answer,-So what's the point of going on about it in the vain hope that they might change their mind

If you really want a 4mm scale Blue Pulmann you should be looking elsewhere:-

QUOTE (spongebob @ 3 Feb 2006, 14:15)I wonder if they'll bother with the lima n gauge range all 30 odd items of it

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

The best thing they could do with that is melt all the tooling down for scrap...
