If the width of your layout is more than 60 cms and if you are planing a backdrop scene now is the time to stick it on the wall while there is nothing on the baseboard.
Any drilling to be done, like for lampposts,semaphores etc now is the time, even electrical wiring, cause if you decide to do these later on believe me working under the layout is no joy at all.
