I recently phoned up Modelzone to ask them why I was charged for an item on my credit card back in september which has yet to be received

I was told that because i ordered another item with it that is not yet in stock they will not dispatch until my full order is ready BUT it is company policy to charge for items which are actually in stock being stored by modelzone awaiting dispatch

It seems that such things happen in this country also
