Where is he?

I seem to have some sort of memory that he had said that he had gone through every one of his Posters, so was calling a halt to them.

I used to enjoy his posts, as he was a complete encyclopaedia on the railways around the Bristol area and had spent much time in Africa {?}, a delight to read.
