Hi All

When watching movies , if I see an interesting picture , I take a screen shot of it, I found this Loco in Underworld , it is similar to a BR 50 or 52 , but I suspect it was filmed in Hungary can anyone identify it .

Found out a bit more , its a 4-8-0

It truely is a MAV steamer. Not a 50 nor a 52 but a unique 4-8-0.

The smoke deflectors look pretty beaten up!

You could probably o it using thing brass.

First step would be to solder the stifing rods in place first of all, then a wee hammer to tap it, paint, install, done!

But to do that the loco should have an apron.

I love the Wagner shrouds and would love fitting them to my loco's either Weinert or scratchbuild plasticards. They do look better than the Witte ones. However most of my loco's do not have an apron.

Some Nice Locos there , It looked pretty impressive in the movie but I couldn't tell if it was a 4-8-0 or a 2-10-0 till i found some other shots of the lok on the web

Maybe scratch build an apron as well
