Gützold Customer Service

I had one piece of rod missing from my Gützold Br52 as seen in the picture below.

I had written to Gützold abt it some time ago.

Today I have received a full set of the driving rods from Gützold both left and right.....free of charge.

Now thats what I call customer service.

Just wanted to share this with you.
